1、 Product Overview:
OW-LUX spiral vortex gas flowmeter is a micro processing technology that has the advantages of strong functionality, wide flow range, simple operation and maintenance, and easy installation and use. It is widely used in various gas metering industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, and coal. It is currently the preferred product for natural gas transmission and distribution metering and trade metering in oil fields and cities.
2、 Characteristics of OW-LUX Vortex Gas Flow Meter:
1. No mechanical movable parts, corrosion-resistant, stable and reliable, long service life, long-term operation without special maintenance.
2. Integrated mechanical and electrical systems have been achieved, eliminating the need for manual monitoring in daily measurement processes.
3. The process installation conditions are not strict, and the upstream and downstream straight pipe sections can be greatly shortened compared to orifice flow meters and vortex flow meters.
4. The measurement accuracy of the system can meet the current measurement requirements (≤ 1.5%).
5. The flow measurement range is wide (qmax/qmin=15-20).
6. Small size, light weight, and convenient offline calibration.
7. The measurement signal can be displayed locally or transmitted remotely as needed.
8. Instrument management personnel do not require professional training, and measurement parameters such as flow rate, pressure, and temperature can be directly read from the meter head without the need for conversion.
9. Just need to regularly replace the battery (low power consumption) and the parameters of the tested medium.
3、 OW-LUX Vortex Gas Flow Meter Parameters:
Power supply: 24VDC ± 15%, power consumption ≤ 1W, 3V lithium battery, power consumption ≤ 0.3mW, can be used for two years
Output signal: Pulse signal, three wire pulse signal output, transmission distance ≤ 200m, (4~20) mA standard analog signal, linear for analog signals in the flow range of (0~Qmax) m3/h, transmission distance ≤ 1500m, connection method is two-wire or three wire.
Communication interface: RS485 communication interface signal, directly connected to the computer for remote transmission of instrument related parameters and real-time data.
Explosion proof grade: Ex D Ⅱ BT4
Environmental temperature:- 30℃~+55℃
Relative temperature: 5%~95%
Medium temperature:- 30℃~+80℃
